Former Arizona linebacker Paul Magloire, who signed with the Bucs as an undrafted free agent last year, is signing with the Toronto Argonauts. One-year deal plus a year option. $57,000 annual base with incentives that push it to $75,000.

UCLA, Indiana, Nebraska and Florida Atlantic are among the schools showing interest in quarterback Brandon Dawkins, a graduate transfer from Arizona. Dawkins is planning to visit FAU and Indiana in the coming weeks. Dawkins passed for 2,418 yards and rushed for 1,582 yards in three seasons at Arizona.

Second Title IX lawsuit filed against Arizona

A second Title IX lawsuit was filed against Arizona on Tuesday over its handling of abuse reports against Orlando Bradford. Another woman who reported abuse by Bradford filed the first lawsuit against the school in October.

One of two women who said they were physically abused by former Arizona running back Orlando Bradford filed a federal Title IX lawsuit against the university on Tuesday. Bradford was sentenced to five years in prison in November after pleading guilty to two counts of felony aggravated assault in a plea deal.

I've confirmed that Arizona co-offensive coordinator Calvin Magee has accepted the offensive coordinator job with New Mexico. Football Scoop and other outlets reported the move earlier today. Magee previously has held coordinator roles at West Virginia, Michigan and Pitt.

The first question Kevin Sumlin was asked at his introductory press conference at Arizona: "How significant is it to be the first black head [football] coach at this university?" He noted that it's his third time being a head coach and the third time he's been asked that question. "It shouldn't be overlooked, but you hope in time – in the next 5, 10 years – that is not the first question you get," Sumlin said, "and I'm not being disrespectful to that accomplishment.”

Arizona officially announced Kevin Sumlin as its next head coach. “I am humbled and honored to join the Arizona Family,” Sumlin said in a statement. “With a strong foundation already in place, we will work quickly to assemble an elite coaching staff and immediately begin the work of establishing our culture, recruiting future Wildcats, and connecting with Wildcats past and present. We will win championships.
