Anthony Fowler and Andrew Selby are guaranteed at least a bronze medal at the World Amateur Championships in Kazakhstan after they secured their places in the semi-finals.

Fowler defeated Stefan Hartel in the last eight, with Selby making it a double success for Britain with a win over Ilyas Suleimenov.

"It means the world to me and I've trained so hard," Fowler told BBC Sport. "I never stop until the final bell. My diet has been spot on, I'm training hard and I'm getting the reward."

The winners of the semi-finals will at least secure a silver medal.
