Nathan Cleverly will have to bide his time before getting the chance to clean up the light-heavyweight division.

Cleverly holds the WBO belt and has his sights trained on getting his hands on the other straps held by Beibut Shumenbov (WBA), Chad Dawson (WBC) and Tavoris Cloud (IBF).

He must first deal with Robin Krasniqi in March but his hopes of then taking on a fellow champion have been hit as the WBO has ordered him to defend against Jurgen Braehmer.

"Provided I get the business done against Krasniqi, we're lined up with Jurgen," Cleverly told the Sun.

"But it's pretty sure we'll get through these two names and then we're on for a big unification fight. We're going for one of those big American names - any of the belt holders."
